Packaged Crystal Oscillators (PXO) are basic, fixed frequency oscillators using a quartz crystal resonator for applications where a standard clock oscillator is not sufficient.

PXOs offer a wide range of options including tight temperature stability, voltage control options, special output waveforms, special packages etc.

These types of oscillator are usually custom designed in the U.K. and manufactured either in the UK or in one of our manufacturing facilities in Asia.

Temperature stability to better than 5ppm is available and frequencies to 500MHz are possible with sine wave outputs.

Magna keep extensive stocks of standard products both in the UK and in Hong Kong for immediate delivery. We also offer custom designs for specific applications.
